Oven Cleaner Substitute

One trick my mom does is to buy the degreaser you get at the auto parts store, and use it to clean the oven. It saves money since you can buy a whole gallon of degreaser for less than a can of oven cleaner, plus you avoid the smelly fumes! She sprays it on, lets it sit and then it just washes off with a damp rag! Maybe now I'll clean my oven a little more often! :-)
